Great central location to Lyme Regis and the beach. Comfortable apartment with all the basic things you need. Parking provided was handy. Staff responded quickly when contacted about lights in the garage not working and were fixed within a few hours
Though having parking was great, it could be tricky if you had cars parked on the side and in front due to lack of manoeuvre space. If all 8 spaces were occupied I can’t imagine how hard it would be. We were anxious on the first few occasions about scratching our car.
Had a few flights of stairs up to the apartment so not ideal if you can’t take stairs

It was clean
It was out of date , tv didn’t work like couldn’t get a channel to work. Balcony need fixing not stable and needed painting .
