Mayflower Cottage in Lyme Regis, Dorset sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.

Mayflower Cottage consists of a sitting room, a first‑floor cinema room/second lounge with Smart TV, and a lower‑ground‑floor kitchen/diner with bi‑fold doors opening to the rear garden. The kitchen is equipped with a range cooker with electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine (Nespresso; pods supplied). There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a ground‑floor shower room with walk‑in shower, wash basin and WC.
The bedrooms consist of a ground‑floor double with en‑suite shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC; a super‑king bedroom with en‑suite shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC; a further double bedroom; and a bunk bedroom suitable for children.
Outside, there is a south‑facing rear garden with lawn, patio, garden furniture and a covered hot tub. The garden is not enclosed, and steps lead up to the patio and garden area, with access to a rear car park (parking permit available).
WiFi, central heating, fuel and power, bed linen, towels and an initial supply of Nespresso coffee pods are all included. One well‑behaved dog welcome. Weekly bookings only. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants, the beach and Cobb Harbour are all within easy walking distance.
