Stylish 4Bed Cottage with parking near town and beach

Host Tracey was extremely helpful and we certainly had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay, which we did. The cottage location is amazing, so easy to walk to the beach and shops.

I can't think of anything which could have been better.

Well placed for the centre of town, the beach and beach front. there were plenty of restaurants and cafes and the place felt very safe and accommodating. The property was inviting, it comfortably accommodated 7 adults and there was ample space and seating. Kitchen well equipped and the dishwasher was a bonus with ample crockery available. Useful to have beach equipment in the shed and the washing machine and dryer was very useful.

The roads were very busy and we found it challenging to exit the property by car as traffic failed to give way or have any concern for each other sometimes leading to gridlock. The location was very noisy at night/ early morning and the road was frequently used by large lorries and buses passing within a few feet of the open bedroom windows. The property would benefit from air-conditioning and double glazing to manage the noise. The fridge made puddles underneath which we could not understand. The freezer door would pop open - a child lock on the freezer door is recommended.

The cottage was very comfortable, spacious & well equipped. As it was cosy, I imagine it would be a great place to stay in the colder months too. It was also in a good handy location.

One of the group stated that they felt one of the bathrooms would have been better with a shelf or two - or hooks on which to put towels or clothing etc..

Great location. Good sized bedrooms.

Front 2 bedrooms very noisy from traffic . Windows need to be replaced to address this as very old. Quite dark downstairs.
