The room had an incredible view, and the location was amazing
The beds were not at all comfortable - they definitely do not fit 2 adults properly. Also there was confusion about where I collected keys from - the emails told me to go to your head office in Lyme Regis, but after a call to the emergency number I was actually supposed to go to the flat to collect them.

Stunning views, comfortable apartment lots of space. In the centre so shops and restaurants nearby. River next to apartment. Nice goodie bag.
Property is tired needs a good facelift, bathroom sink plunger didn’t work, lots of paintwork tired. Very noisy with bar downstairs and traffic lights on the front outside bedrooms. Lots of messing about picking up keys, then picking up car park, permit then parking car and then in reverse when leaving. Having to strip beds and put out rubbish also a bit of a come down when paying as much for this property. Instructions on email about location of permit weren’t correct.

We loved the balcony and the large windows in the front room looking out over the sea. Everything was so comfortable and we had all the things we needed there during our stay, and the apartment is light and spacious. Key collection and drop off was very easy and the parking was convenient. Wifi worked fine (able to make video calls). Great location for pubs and restaurants, and popping over to the beach for a swim. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was considering the proximity to roads and pubs, although it might be busier in peak season.
