Gute Lage zum Strand und zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Meist Ruhig. Gute Zimmeraufteilung. Atmosphärisch.
Sehr schlechtes Licht in der Küche und im Ess-Fernseherbereich. Licht fehlt über dem Herd und am Esstisch. Nur Blicke in Innenhöfe.

Proximité avec la playa los pocillos. Bien placé à Puerto del Carmen. Logement bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge,...) et confortable. Cuisine équipée ++ La gentillesse du propriétaire. Stationnement très facile à proximité.
Quelques détails : Absence de climatisation surtout pour les jours très chaud sinon ça va c est supportable. Pas de chaînes tv françaises. Deco pas très moderne. La terrasse toujours mouillée à cause de l'évacuation d une climatisation d un autre logement.

could do with a general refresh and a bit more little things like garbage bags or dishwasher tabs etc.
