Plenty of sun loungers that were all in good condition; staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful; there was a large selection of books available to take/exchange; free use of the washing machines; no problem getting extra towels/pillows; very nice location; good communication from the manager about check in procedure prior to arrival;
The bed was uncomfortable as there seemed to be a deep dip in it; hot water sometimes ran out within a couple of minutes when showering; inconsiderate, noisy guests which was out of the hands of the staff; reception hours not regular and no timetable to know when someone would be there.

Everything is old and worn out - uncomfortable bed - broken toilet - chips on work surfaces and floors - we had a problem with cockroaches
