Close to where I wanted to be

The pool was minus 100 degrees there was polar bears penguins and seals jumping out of it because it was that cold

We loved it's location (apart from the Hill 😁) but it's ideally situated and so close to the beach.

Small complex, air con, shop very handy.

Owner is very nice, helpful and clear in instruction Apt is lovely and had everything we needed down to oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher tabs, shampoo and bodywash hairdryer even a few EU adaptors The new air con which was installed during our visit is good but you need to leave all bedroom doors open all the time to feel it which means lack of privacy for all I would recommend the fans in the rooms as they were helpful while we had no aircon The complex itself is quiet and spotless clean, mix of holiday goers and owners The apt is spotless and all quiet modern Shop and hairdresser next door are fantastic and the shop is cheaper than any spar /hippodino etc

My biggest concern was the cctv camera I was there with my partner and 3 teenagers and it was a total put off for me, were we being watched or listened too while relaxing I was told it was for security reasons but not one other apt in the complex had one and iv been coming to Lanzarote for 12 years and never had cctv on my balcony The pillows in the main bedroom are very lumpy and that comes from someone who can sleep anywhere anytime so i would suggest changing them for a more comfortable sleep. No toys allowed in the pool and there is a lady who watched everything you do altough she was pleasant and said hello etc she was always watching!!
