"Great staff, very accommodating and kind. They learned it was my daugther's birthday and filled the room with sweets and a birthday card."

A very rude and ignorant man working on reception

Enjoyed how spacious and clean the apartments were, hats off to the cleaning staff. All you need for self-catering. Bottle of water left on arrival and cleaning soap for dishes. Staff were good and made use of the pool bar. Complex only five mins away from front strip.
The pool tiles in the pool that kids most frequent has a lot of tiles that have came off on the bottom. Surely this should be a priority.

Nothing, it's great, would use again.

Pool facilities for children were excellent, the lifeguards were brilliant. We did not have small children.
Towels only changed twice per week which is a challenge when people possibly shower twice per day. Some of the rooms need updating, bed’s uncomfortable with springs protruding, completely not acceptable. Our stay was not cheap, this was disappointing. We were advised they other rooms were better.
