We love the complex. It’s our fourth year there and each apartment we’ve stayed in has been beautifully clean, the staff are amazing! It’s a fab location.
Our one and only comment would be the shower. It unfortunately doesn’t drain well causing the shower mat to become soaked after just one use however this is a minor detail and we would just hang it out to dry after we all showered

spacious, clean, ideal layout, lovely complex, welcome goodies a lovely touch
nothing really
one remote missing for bedroom tv and other needs batteries and had to ask for wifi password however minor things that annoyed the kids. Doesn’t reflect on the lovely property and helpfulness and quick response from Anna

Plenty of facilities, close to shops and restaurants. Private and felt safe especially with two children. Owners were very helpful and nice. The Rancho Texas park is fantastic and very close. Airport is 10 mins away. The apartment was clean, catered for our needs and two balcony’s which kept the sun all day/night.,
The only thing I would say is around the pool, not enough umbrellas or beds near the kids pool. Other than that nothing.
