WE HADMADE A REQUEST WHICH THEY SAY THEY DIDNT GET, SO WE GOT PRISON, I KID YOU NOT, LOOKING AT A WALL, SO OLD AND TERRIBLE SHOWER, THE OLD WOMAN AT RECEPTION WAS IGNORANT AND TRYED TO PROTECT HER PARTNER AS HE HUNG UP THE PHONE, BOTH THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SACKED.... PAPELLO AND CLEANERS WERE SO NICE....WOULDNT STAY HERE AGAIN IF IT WAS FOR FREE........

The stay was fine. Clean apartment, nice pool and most of the staff were very nice nice and friendly. Unfortunately I experienced a seizure during the night on the day we were leaving. It was unsafe for my partner to leave me so he tried to ring the emergency number at 8.20 am to request a late checkout. The woman was extremely rude and told him not to use that number. I had no choice but to email requesting a late checkout and I received a two word reply which was “at reception@. However, when it was eventually safe for my partner to leave me for a few minutes he went to reception to pay for the late checkout he was met with extreme hostility and rude behaviour by the woman. It was extremely upsetting and bemusing. We couldn’t understand why she would say it could be arranged at reception and then act with such hostility. Nice apartment but unfortunately couldn’t recommend staying there because of this member of staff.
