Ease of check in, welcoming staff, location to main strip and shared pool facilities
Could do with a freshen up, new curtains in bedroom and patio doors - due to non blackout style.

Great location; 15 minute walk up to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen, many local restaurants, bars and shops. Supermarket 2 minutes away, beach 20 seconds away. Buses to Playa Blanca, Arrecife and Costa Teguise. 10 minutes by taxi to the airport (or twenty minutes on the bus). Great staff, the owner/manager is tremendously helpful and cheerful and everyone there is polite and friendly but in no way intrusive. Everything in the apartment worked and thanks to the quiet neighborhood is peaceful even when you're on the balcony. The apartment booked my taxi to the airport and there are luggage facilities for that last day situation. Great Value. We've been before and are booked in again later this year.
Personally there is nothing I don't like about this accommodation, although the WiFi strength could be stronger.

The property was lovely, with great beach access and bus options. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. They cleaned our room every 2 days, which I was not expecting. The shared pool is lovely too.
I wish there was an oven but the facilities otherwise were very good

Bathroom area needed upgrading and cleaning, only 1 bulb in bathroom main light didn’t work.
