Very good communication with host Stan, nice touch with welcome pack. Accommodation was clean and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Good overall location in a quiet area.

Appreciate the time of year, but it would have been nice to have the option to have used the pool as this was shut, other accommodations I have used at same time of year had allowed access to the pool. Some mould on the corner of the ceiling above the shower that needs attention

Neat and tidy accommodation, 10min walk to town/bars/restaurants. 15min walk to beach and Texas Ranch park if visiting! Pool area lovely and quiet but pool very cold in winter, we still had a quick dip though!

Check-in time too late (3pm) and check-out too early (10am). I had requested early check-in if possible when booking and received an initial reply that we could if available, I also requested a few days before arriving and was told it wouldn't be possible. On the day we arrived 10.30am with the hope of leaving our bags at least and each time I contacted I received a response hours later, no use to us at that stage. A cleaner arrived and wasn't finished until 3.15pm, really not great when waiting with small children. Contact could have been better, I would have to have had experienced an urgent issue with the key etc and been waiting a reply! Small ants in the apartment, mostly in the bathroom but also saw on the bed and on items on the floor. Also has a stuck bathroom door, the bottom of the door needs to be shaved so it opens freely - be careful as I nearly face planted the door a few times! Overall it is good value and quiet collection of houses, it would be lovely in the summer when a little warmer, we were unlucky with the rain!
