Roberto was really helpful, send in D directions well in advance and in hand any questions.
Everything was clean and tidy with great WiFi, washing machine, fridge freezer, washing up liquid and cloths, plenty of towels, beds comfy and lots of hanging space and draws.
I know the oven has a grill (but took ages), a toaster would have been perfect

Good location with about 5-10 minutes walk to the front and nearby shops and bars.Smaller supermarket virtually next door.Would be perfect for a family of 4 and great value for money.

It was on a residential street, BUT it was very quiet and overall the location is good, quite central and no hills. Just to be aware of this, but it did not bother us as it was only a 5 minute walk to the strip and we didn’t need access to a pool etc and it totally met our needs and we would return.

The apartment was situated not far from a small shop where we could get most of what we needed it was only a short walk to main strip of puerto del carmen and beach it was equipped with everything we needed for self catering it was clean and roberto met us with keys on arrival there was enough towels for the 2 weeks and some extra sheets roberto was helpful and offered to order a taxi for our return journey which we didn't need but thanks anyway
It's based on a busy road we didn't sit out on balcony because of this and fumes from traffic the apt is fine a toaster would be handy as when we tried to use the grill in the oven the electricity tripped our extra sheet turned out to be for a single bed but we managed nothing too major to complain about
