My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). It is a bright newly renovated apartment, with a large adult pool, children's pool, large terrace / porch (15 m), fully equipped kitchen, wifi, iron, hair dryer, 42 "tv, public transport 3 'complex, leisure area (old town), beach, and fishing and sports port 10 ', both in the apartment and around there is everything, to spend an unforgettable vacation

Excellent host. Very attentive when we needed assistance. The apartment is presented well and met all our needs. The complex is kept to a high standard on a daily basis. The pool area is spacious and relaxing environment. Will definitely recommend.

Lovely clean fresh apartment. Comfortable and quiet.
Pool very cold beds some broken . Lovely views. Complex looks tired on roads and pavements. Very steep hill into main puerto del carmen taxi back cheap though.
Would stay again in apartment but purto del carmen not for us.

The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and clean.
The location was great for us - quiet (with wonderful views) but close enough to walk to the supermarket, Old Town and main beach, bars and restaurants.
The pool area was very relaxing and never particularly busy.
The owner is very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.
The apartment and location had everything we needed for a wonderful self catering holiday - we hope to return!

Stayed here for 9 nights at the end of August/early September and what a lovely stay it was. Me and my partner are annual tourists to Lanzarote but we usually stay in hotels... Anas apartment was far much bettet! Arrived late on a Sunday and the apartment was immaculate. Really clean, modern and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen was fully equipped if you did want to cook and there is a supermarket 10 mins walk from the complex (you walk past on the way into Puerto Del Carmen). The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed, the wardrobe space was huge, the bathroom was really modern with a modern shower. The pool area was never crowded, it was quiet, really clean and well maintained. The location is ideal, the complex is secure and you are only a 10/15 min walk to the old town harbour which has lots of nice restaurants and shops. If you do want to go on any trips; there is a bus stop 5 mins away from the complex so you can go to Playa Blanca, Costa Teguise or any booked trips will pick you up here. Ana had been exceptionally helpful and couldnt have asked for a more friendly and welcoming homeowner. We hope to return next year we loved it that much!
