Clean and comfortable. I appreciated the artistic style and touches. Children loved the huge TV and pool. As a regular to Lanzarote, Villa Alex did not disappoint. The host was very accommodating and flexible.

The property was spacious and private (wasn’t overlooked) and located in a lovely quiet area close to the old town harbour. Plenty of outdoor space and seating areas with a good sized pool. Lovely large walk in shower and second bathroom. Local Spar, an Italian, a Tapas bar are within a few meters.
Able to make ourselves at home quite easily. Owner remained private but good communication when needed.
The outdoor area and furniture was a bit tired. Although there was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival which was nice, some basics such as water in fridge would have been useful.

Excellent location In quiet part of town with a couple of restaurants nearby & not to far for food shop. 10 minute walk from port & main strip is about 20 min walk from villa (Jjust be aware that PDC is quite hilly so be prepared for a good workout). Villa is a good size for 6, so not on top of each other & pool was great. Having a washing machine & small hidden drying area was very useful
A dishwasher would have been helpful as well as a net to clean the pool of blown in debris. Otherwise air Con would have been nice but we knew that the villa didn’t have air on when we booked.
