The property as a whole is fantastic.. nice and spacious, two large bedrooms with comfy beds,has most of what you need for a fantastic stay, we usually cook in our apartment as we travel long term and kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and the washing machine is very useful (alway necessary for us which is one reason we booked )we were there in February, open the front door for the morning sun to come into the lounge by mid morning the sun is on the balcony for the whole day… close to everything but quiet at night…
The sofas, there are two sofa / sofa beds in the lounge and neither were very comfortable to sit on… I understand trying to maximise sleeping capacity but make at least one of them a comfortable sofa to chill out and watch movies if desired ☺️

Ruim appartement, ruim balkon, uitzicht op zee. boulevard op loopafstand. goede bedden.
Op het eerste gezicht was het schoon, maar op een aantal plekken liet dit te wensen over. zoals veel stof aan de binnenkant van de buitendeur en de waterslang van het toilet was echt vies. De buitendeur valt niet in het slot. Het afvoerputje van de douche liep niet goed door. De boiler lekte.

The views off the balcony were great. There was enough room for 5 of us without being in each others feet.The kitchen was adequate. Location close to the promenade and only 5 to 10 mins walk downhill, longer uphill o the way back
We booked for 5 well in advance. On arrival there was no bedding or towels for the fifth person nor any toilet roll . Called owner who stated would deal, but several hours later still nothing done. Had to call again before it was finally sorted.
The shower water didn't drain away quickly as was blocked. Called owner in the morning who sent cleaner to sort. Cleaner arrived 2100 hrs. Mop left in bathroom was dirty and smelt. This caused a stink in the rooms. Had to buy disinfectant to wash mop, then clean floors to get rid of smell.
The dishwasher wasn't working but left in a dirty state inside and smelt terrible. The cleaner stated that the owner was aware. Nothing was done during the nine days we stayed there. The dishwasher should have been either thrown away or cleaned to eliminate the smell coming from it.
Tried cooking prawns and boiling potatoes on 2 hobs and at the same time using the oven for garlic bread. This kept tripping the fuse so in the end had to turn oven off, and cook on hob, then later use oven for the garlic bread. This clearly isn't fit for self catering purposes.
The mosquito nets on the bedroom windows were very worn and tattered, the pillows were stained and need replacing.
