Totalmente céntrico , en pleno paseo marítimo y en la mejor zona. El apartamento es grande , tres habitaciones grandes, dos baños y gran salón . Pasillo muy largo .
Pudimos aparcar en la calle de acceso , vecinal y sin salida.
Urnas vistas al mar desde la terraza.
Se pudo dormir bien a pesar del ruido exterior, ya que este termina pronto y además las habitaciones están bastante alejadas del salón.
En la terraza no es muy agradable estar debido al continuo olor a comida que sube desde el bar de abajo.
Bar de abajo muy ruidoso por cierto. El aislamiento de la puerta de la terraza no existe y se oye todo desde el salón.
No hay cortina en la puerta de la terraza, poca intimidad, se te ve desde la calle.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was very close to a all you can eat Chinese buffet.
Sometimes the noise from the surrounding pubs etc was very loud

Location was great (apart from the bar below which was a little noisy one evening of the 5 we stayed). We liked Puerto del Carmen a lot. We loved the direct view out to the sea, and with a small beach just across the road. Kitchen well-equipped. Great to have two keys too.
The electricity cut out twice (not ideal when you’re in the shower in a bathroom in the hours of darkness!) - the first was corrected when the agent sent an engineer who turned everything off and on again at the fuse box, and I just copied what he had done the second time. The agents are looking at the problem so hopefully solved by the time you read this. We struggled with the WiFi network and password - this can easily be correct with a note of the network & password being in the apartment (our confusion was caused by there being 3 routers in the apartment and we didn’t notice the active one. I think the obsolete two have now been removed, but this wasted a lot of time, I feel the communication from the managing agents could have been much better. We were not given the access code until a minute or two after the check-in time, leaving me to wonder if we would actual get it at all - better communication of the process would have set expectations and removed the stress…or, better still, tell guests what the code will be in advance and say that it won’t be active until the agreed arrival time (I like to start the journey to a holiday destination with all the info required to access accommodation, this removes stress and helps to make a holiday enjoyable). Hairdryer not working.
