Great location, washing machine, comfortable beds

No cleaning so no fresh towels, shower poor

The property itself was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was really well situated just around the corner from a supermarket and less than a 5 minute walk to the seaside front where there were lots of restaurants, cafe's and shops and a beautiful sandy beach.

The arrival information sent by email from the letting agency was incorrect and sent my Daughter and I to the wrong accommodation within the complex when we got into the key box, there was no key. it was 8pm when we arrived and dark. I tried phoning the agency but had no answer. Fortunately I scrolled down the email and discovered that there was another email with another key pad code. Thankfully it was the right room. There were no instructions for departure and it would have been lovely to have had some basics ie washing up liquid (there was a dishcloth)

The communication , on arrival it took well over a hour to get into our apartment , as host didn’t send any details on how to get in or what room we was staying in , when we finally got intouch which was hard she didn’t really know what was happening , only later on to be sent a message with our room number and key lock code ,
