Very clean & comfortable. Good communication with host. Quiet safe location. Nice pool and separate bar but you could take drinks to the pool. Lovely front terrace.
Narrow kitchen layout (did not impact our stay). Would definitely need aircon in summer.

Great location for the bus stops and access to local shops for supplies. There are a few restaurants a 5-10 minute walk. They had nice comfy beds.
