Ideal location between old and new towns. Short distance to both. Next to Biosphere also.

Situated behind just behind (50 metres) Biosphere in Old Town, a very spacious well kept apartment., We mainly self catered using extremely well equipped Kitchen. Supermarkets, particularly LIDL were within easy walking distance. Closest Restaurants, Bars and Entertainment-live music/sports bar venues were all within10 minutes walk. Main Puerto Del Carmen strip a little bit further.
Superb balcony getting sun or shade choice all day. The beds/mattresses were the most comfortable I've ever experienced.
Washing machine and ironing facilities were a bonus. Didn't/couldn't find any English channels on tv but good choice of children's/family DVD's were available for those taking portable DVD player. Nice and quiet location and all neighbours - residents/tourists in complex very friendly and helpful. Host Isobel was brilliant. Meeting on arrival, instructions/advice given and she waited nearly an hour for me to retrieve my phone which I dropped in taxi on arrival. Complex was clean and Very Well maintained. Pool care was exceptional. Will definitely stay again if available and opportunity. From England not Japan.. lol.
Only to emphasise that those with mobility issues would find it difficult to access because of steps to apartment. Also because at top of main street in Old Town wish some restrictive inclines to negotiate.

Great view from balcony and fantastic location .
Could only have one shower in short period before the water was too cold.

We both enjoyed the location of the property and the property was good in size.
The property is in need of much upgrading and the presentation was poor.
