Beautiful property, everything you need, would stay there again

Location was brilliant. Very quiet and private. Great room in property. Everything there that you needed and easy access with key code box. Property was clean and everything for washing machine was provided

Water pump had some issues as kept coming on day and night even when not using any water. It stopped working on our second last day but was fixed 24 hours later. Did not bother us but if you were a light sleeper it may bother you at night.

My partner and I have stayed at Casa Olivina many times and have always enjoyed it there with nice spacious rooms and it's in a great location only a couple of minutes drive to the seafront in Puerto Del Carmen.

Previously, when we have stayed at Casa Olivina, there has been a reasonable supply of convenience items such as glasses, dish cloths etc. and usually a bottle of water upon arrival. This time, when we arrived (quite late, after all of the local convenience stores had closed) there wasn't even a bottle of water for our first night. There also wasn't a dish cloth for us to dry cutlery and crockery after we'd washed it. The bed linen in the double bedroom is very old and worn out looking (probably the same linen that has been on the bed over the last couple of years). Some money needs to be spent in this property to smarten things up before we would rent it again.
