El apartamento está en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Tiene todo lo necesario, tanto en casa como fuera de ella, ya que está el supermercado a un paso.
A pesar de tener un ventilador de techo en la habitación y otro en el salón, pasamos bastante calor. El apartamento se calentaba mucho ya que por el día da el sol directamente. Es verdad que si por la noche se abren las ventanas del se refresca un poco.
