Apartamentos Luz Y Mar

Our apartment overlooked the pool on the second floor and so the bedroom got a breeze. There was a kettle, a microwave, full fridge with small freezer and a toaster. They provided a tea towel. We could use our fire stick in the tv. The terrace was spacious with a rack to dry clothes. Everything was clean and in good condition. The location is easily accessible with cafes, supermarkets etc and the bus stop nearby. Kathy's pool bar was friendly and served food. Compared to many places to stay in the resort this accommodation does not have 'the worst' of the steep hills and the lift in mercadona helps. It is a good budget accommodation place.

Reception was closed friday - monday incl. so we could not get a safe key or a fan rental or check about extending our reservation. If they supplied hand soap as a minimum it would have been appreciated. All that was there was two bin bags and toilet roll and towels. Tip to travellers might be to bring some washing up liquid and a sponge or else all of this has to be purchased. All dishes have to be washed and the place left 'as is' on departure otherwise there can be a charge we were told on an information sheet in the room. We did not find the beds comfortable but this can be personal preference.

Loved Kathy's pool bar, she and her staff were great

No sunbeds available, I was up most mornings by 8am and looked down from balcony to see all sun beds had towels on with nobody on them, and most were like this all day

Pool area was lovely

Beds terrible, would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor, sofa bed was broken and threadbare, everything needs replaced in the apartment no 17 that we were in.
