Apartment is in a good location up the hill from the old town. Its on a quiet mostly residential complex. It has a nice terrace with a sofa and sun lounger on, with lovely views over to Fuerteventura. There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. Its very close to the bus stop (Balcon de Mar) so easy to get there by bus from the airport, or to travel around to different places. Aricefe has a lovely harbour and nice for a trip out, so is Playa Blanca. Busses are cheap and reliable. Beaches are quite a walk from apartment, but clean and well maintained. So many nice restaurants to choose from depending on tastes.

The apartment is in need of updating in a number of areas. Whilst the bed was comfortable I was horrified to see the stains on the mattress topper when I stripped the bed on the last day. There should pillow and mattress covers. Once Delio made contact via WhatsApp it was great and he was very friendly and kept in touch about picking the keys up, even when I was delayed. However none of the instructions came through until I was at the airport. As a solo traveller this was a bit unnerving, it should be explained in advance when the info would be sent.

El apartamento no estaba limpio. Además faltaban cosas básicas como estropajos para fregar, papel higiénico o servilletas. En la zona de la cocina no había ni un bote con sal. Entiendo que es un apartamento vacacional pero son cosas que podría haber. Durante 6 noches, 3 de ellas nos encontramos cucarachas.
