About this house rental
Evangelia Residenza is an elegant property, restored with respect to its history, located in the best spot in Herakleion.
The Residence has some spectacular views of the sea, between the Historical Museum and the Natural History Museum of Crete, within a walking distance of the vivid Liontaria square. Evangelia Residenza is a detached house, appropriate for families, groups of friends, and people who wish to combine work with vacation. It is your chance to sense the authentic, with a modern touch!
Indoors:
Entering Evangelia Residence on the left-hand you will find a bright living room with all the furniture you will probably need like, a pink cozy cornered sofa, at the center a small metal table, TV opposite to the sofa, and an air-conditioner.
Keeping walking straight you will find the dining table and the kitchen:
The dining table is made of vividly colored wood with various decorations on top and some matching chairs around it.
Once you arrive in the hallway you will find on the left-hand side a small green outdoor area, with two chairs and a small table.
In front you will find the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy cooking with all the applianced provided:
kettle
toaster
coffee maker
dishwasher
induction hobs
oven
big fridge with a freezer
The next room you will find is a bedroom with some cream colors, it has a queen-size bed, a small sofa, a closet opposite the bed, an air-conditioner and a fantastic view of the outside from the window.
The first bathroom is simple but modern looking, the second one has some beautiful blue accents with modern furniture.
The next bedroom has light blue colors with simple but stylish decorations, with a single bed, a small working area, and a refined clothes hanger.
The last bedroom has a queen-size bed, a two-door closet, an air-conditioner and some cool, modern-looking lights next to the bed.
Outdoor:
The outside area is where you can enjoy the Cretan breeze, where you can sip a good glass of wine, and where you can make memories with your family or friends.

Big gazebo
Some cozy chairs
Simple barbecue

This is a very nice home in Heraklion. Good location with one main road between house and ocean. Parking garage is literally at the front door of the house. Upper level is three bedrooms and a bath. AC worked well in each room. Bottom level is sitting area and dining room with a bath and kitchen. Washing machine in kitchen worked well and detergent was provided. Nice small private courtyard out back. Walking distance to many good restaurants and small cocktail bars. I recommend Del Mar for breakfast and Ippocampus for dinner. House is very close to two museums and Venetian Castle. I was very happy with the accommodations. Getting door to unlock was a little tricky as you had to turn, remove key, and then push key in to pop the bolt to unlock but we were always able to get it to open.

Such a great place for our visit to Crete. Nicely located to so much in the old part of Heraklion. Most things were a quick walk from the flat. We will definitely stay here again.
