Everything!! Central location, spacious, clean, newly renovated apartment, equipment to cook small meal, super nice work crew, everything is great! I'll definitely come here again!! Highly recommended!

We loved this place. The staff were kind and saved a parking spot outside against the hotel. It is a difficult to find parking nearby so this was very welcome. The greetings was nice and they took us to the room and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. Great Wifi. Excellent clean two bathrooms with lots of hot water and great towels. Good hairdryer. Good bath products and mirrors. Heating and Air Con worked very well and was easy to use. Good TV with limited regular Greece channels with option for Youtube etc. Good kitchen and glassware. Lovely huge windows looking across from 2nd level to the Church - (see photos). We also like the clean aesthetic and design of the place, all white and minimal with drawing taken from the famous Phaistos Disc on the walls (see photos). Beds were large and very comfy. Excellent bedding and great pillows. Good fridge. We really enjoyed the convenient location, about a 6 minute walk to the Morosini Fountain. Lots of excellent cafes, takeaways, restaurants, bars and shops nearby. We live in Crete now and when visiting Heraklion we will choose to stay here again. Again, the staff were very kind, also spoke English, and were always asking of we needed anything to just let them know. Thank you for the great time spent here.
Parking is difficult however they helped us with a post, though I don't think there are many options. We suggest doing the City on foot, transferring from airport by cab and renting a car at airport if you are seeing the island and try to avoid driving inside Heraklion.
