Very enjoyable probably too short

Location was awesome close to everything, very clean unit, facilities good , close to centre port etc. breakfast at Samaria was great way to start the day with katarina very lovely lady even though we had to chase up where breakfast was, was great.

Property didn’t have hot water on , tried to use spa that night arrived late but just cold so didn’t use after cold shower in morning i found circuit board and put hot water on was disappointing after that all good unit set up well big fridge cold water very clean. Not much information all communication through ai.

Great central location and good value for money

The bakery for breakfast is great, the location is perfect, and the conditions of the apartment is quite decent. Host was promptly responsive and supported with a lot of tips.

Not comfortable for our kids. Baby cot did not have a mattress and the A/C was blowing straight into the sofa bed. Mentioned to the host and he said he will fix these after the season. Parking can get a little tricky because it is prime location.

Pleasant 2 night stop over in a good location!!

Very clean , had all you needed for a quick stay,easy to locate apartment in a great location to good restaurants, centre of town . Stayed 2 nights . Easy 10-15minutes work to ferries.

On arrival no hot water , but was a small issue & rectified very promptly by the owner !!

Fantastic host, and great location in Heraklion.

Antonio was an awesome host. Day one I locked myself out of the apartment...he was very kind about letting us back in. The following day, road workers cut wifi cables to the entire area. He spent quite a bit of time getting an alternative in place. It was very much appreciated. The apartment was a block away from the main pedestrian center of Heraklion. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc. My husband and I loved walking the area. We felt very safe.

Comfortable in Heraklion

Antonio was extremely helpful with suggestions of what to see and where to eat. Chamion was only minutes walking to the harbour, city centre, and good restaurants. The apartment, while small, has been fitted out imaginatively and had everything you could want. Even the dinkiest washing machine I have ever seen Very happy staying there and didn't want leave.

Facilities were good, and location was top notch!

Dedicated parking was a plus, but easier with a smaller car, and Wi-Fi was a bit of a challenge (spotty at times).

Great place to stay with an excellent location and a super kind host

During our 10 days trip in Crete, this accommodation was the best. It offered us a beautiful, spacious, clean, modern place to stay in. The host, Antonio was super kind, communicative, helpful and also allowed us to check out a bit later with no additional fee. We loved the space we had inside, the comfy bed, the huge balcony, as well as the quality of the prepared toileteries.

I don't have any complaints at all, maybe just an observation: there was no bin in the kitchen (only a small one in the bathroom). We solved it by collecting the rubbish in a plastic bag but it would be useful to have a bin available in the future 😉 anyways, thanks for everything! 👌

Very nice apartment with parking in the center.

Great location clean apartment offering parking outside. Nicely and modern decorated with big balcony. The communication was great. Antonio was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about food and activities. The keys were in the combination lock box so we didn't have to worry about our arrival time.

The parking spots were unfortunately only fitting 2 of the big cars that are being lended out around the city. Since 5 apartments are being rented the spots are not enough for everyone. As a result even though we had reserved one of the spots, one of the days it was occupied. The city has an issue with parking and finding a spot can be challenging even if you are willing to pay for it.

Perfect place, in the middle of old town.

The apartment is located in the historical center. You have everythying you need near you: shops, restaurants, cafes. And, most important, you have a parking space in front of the building. Maybe it is a little furter from the beach, but is not an impediment for those who want to dicover the beauty of Crete and other places daily. The location is very clean, looked just like the pictures. Antonio is friendly, a very welcome host, very helpful and he provided excellent informations about what to visit around. Acces via lockbox is easy. Huge terrace, air conditioner, Netflix on TV.

Pleasant stay in the center of Heraklion!

The apartment is very clean and the location is very good. We came by car that we could park in front of the door. The city center, the main attractions and the beach are reachable by foot. Antonio is a very welcoming host and supports you in case of questions.

Great Apartment, Friendly Host

The apartment was very nice and well-equiped. The host was lovely and very helpful. Parking in front of the apartment was perfect and the location of the apartment was wonderful.

It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. There was a little visible wear and tear in the apartment, so it was very nice but not splendid.

Superb

A very nice stylish modern apartment centrally located in a good quiet area. A free parking place is a big bonus, 5-10 minutes by car from the airoport, helpful landlord online, everything worked according to his instructions, personal meeting was not necessary. The terrace is nice and big with real plants.

Tha houses are close to each other so the view from the window is limited to other apartments only. The kitchen is very practical when you want to cook for yourself but there was only one small pot but the landord promised to look into it. You can only boil one liter of water in it ant that's it. We used all bed sheets and gowns and a blanket to keep ourselves warm at night as we found it very cold in March there with a central heating switched off being used to 24 degrees in the house at home. Otherwise everything was fine.

Nice place and good location.

My wife noticed a bit of mustiness, perhaps coming from the closet next to her side of the bed. We stayed in December so it might have had something to do with the season. Otherwise a nice place. We needed parking and it was right outside the door.

Ideal place in a great location, & fantastic value for money. The perfect base for a wonderful trip.

I loved staying at this property. It is quiet but so near to the lively centre of town, and all of the city centre sights are within a short walking distance. Plus there are plenty of wonderful bars and restaurants tucked around the corners of many lanes and side streets. It is clean, comfortable and homely. Although there was so much to see and do in Heraklion, that I didn't really have time to use the Netflix that was also available.
