The hotel rooms were very clean, spacious, unique. We have a large family, so we booked two rooms, and enjoyed the common spaces in both. We cooked several meals - the kitchens were so helpful.
The location wasn't ideal - just next to an intersection of two of Heraklion's busiest streets (so the road noise was constant). We lost power a few times in our month long stay. The shower in one of our rooms couldn't be used for long without overflowing.

Zeer ontevreden.
