Convenient location, PARKING

Let us check in early so we could get on with our day. Had a car rental, they provided parking. Had a welcome gift in the room. When we checked out they let us leave our car in the parking spot so we could walk to the places we wanted to visit, hard to find parking.

Shower drain was slow. Poured some warm water into drain to help it drain. Window in shower stall

Nice place close to the main street

Very good location, it is nice to have parking possibilities there because it is very close to the center and parking could be expensive otherwise. The apartment was clean and check-in was fine, fridge with complimentary water was great.

The bathroom had a weird smell, I think the piping might be old because it is an old building, no windows in the bathroom either so maybe this contributed to the persistence of the smell.

Great place to stay the night

We used this hotel as we were going to take the next day the ferry to Santorini and we wanted to stay close to the harbor. The staff helped us to arrange the taxi and were really kind suggesting us some places to have dinner. The aircon was working really good.

The only complaint that I would have is that it is in a really small street and the taxi did not want to enter the road and picked us up at the entrance of the road that it was 10 meters far, not an issue.

Nice proximity to main area of the city we wanted. Receptionist was very kind.

Really didn’t like that the bed sheet that was used as the fitted sheet was not large enough to stay over the mattress, which didn’t have a protector on it. Also, the bathroom, especially the shower needs updating. Water got everywhere and the floor was bubbling. Bedroom AC was not working well.

Cute, well-equipped apartment, kind staff and excellent location.

There was no room for a large car in the parking lot (even though we requested it in advance) so we parked for free in a nearby parking lot (a very short walking distance so it wasn't too bad)

Very convenient and nice place to stay at the centre of Heraklion.

I liked the quality materials like the windows, hardwood floor in the room, and the smart planning of our tiny room. The location is great if you want to walk, it’s in the very centre. Arriving with car there is underground parking.

Underground parking exiting is tough because of the plan of the parking itself. You need to reserve extra 5-10 minutes to exit the parking navigating the centimeters between the walls and a car if you leave for airport or ferry.

Small but nice room situated close to the port

Our double room was small, but very well furnished. (Looked exactly like the one advertised on the booking website.) The bed was also very comfortable, with multiple pillows. The rain shower was also a bonus, and came along with various massage nozzles/functions. Check-in and parking instructions provided well in advance by the staff, were very detailed and helpful. We arrived very late in the dark at the property and were still able to find the designated parking lot and property.

The loud noises from planes taking off or landing, exacerbated by the quietness of the city at night. It was impossible to sleep with the windows open, although we would have liked to sleep with fresh air in our room. Thankfully, there was a flight restriction after a certain time and it was quiet again.

Stayed one night before a cruise to the Islands.

The bed was comfortable & the wifi strength going. The staff were pleasant.

The kitchen facilities are dreadful, one large coffee mug, no wine glasses, no heating hot plate, no microwave, mini fridge with no freezer that turns off every time you leave the room. Dreadful transfer of noise from above room when people walking around.

Very convenient location

The room was supposed to be a suite but wasn’t even close. There is glass in the floor that you can see some ancient rocks and that’s a bit scary. Also there were a couple things need fixing for example in the bath. Also the room was too dark with no ligh from outside.

The location was excellent, right at the center. The room was modern and clean with A/C (which is needed as it was quite hot). There were some complimentary beverages wich was nice. It was perfect for a short stay. The host sent some recommendations for visiting/eating out, which was a nice touch.

The self check-in for the room was easy, but not if you have a car... It was quite hard to manage everything if you also have a car and need to get into the parking. The instructions were lengthy, which made it difficult to follow. We'd have appreciated if there was someone there to greet us. The parking space that was given was extremely small (even though we confirmed the parking spot with them long time ago). It was just a big hussle and caused a lot of loss of time and stress. If you don't have a small car, beware, as the parking is very narrow and could cause difficulties.
