Roomy. Walkable to many sites, shops, and restaurants.
Nice treats and fruit were left for us.
Some Christmas decorations were in the home.
Stopper for the tub was broken.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato semplicemente favoloso. La signora ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità, sempre attento a ogni nostra esigenza e pronta ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Infatti quando abbiamo comunicato che avevamo problemi con la tv, immediatamente ha risolto il problema, portandoci subito una nuova televisione. La pulizia era impeccabile, tutto perfettamente ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli, il che ci ha fatto sentire da subito in un ambiente confortevole e rilassante.
Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stato trovare ad attenderci acqua fresca, frutta e dolci vari, piccole attenzioni che fanno davvero la differenza e che ci hanno fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. Inoltre ci sono state fornite informazioni preziosissime per visitare la zona, grazie alle quali abbiamo potuto scoprire luoghi meravigliosi e vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza.
Inoltre l’appartamento si trova proprio nel cuore di Heraklion ed è vicinissimo a ogni tipo di negozio, supermarket e locali.
Siamo stati davvero benissimo e torneremo sicuramente: ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, proprio come a casa. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un soggiorno perfetto!

Très bon séjour dans un appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, climatisation). Il est situé à deux pas du centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions du propriétaire à notre arrivée : bouteilles d’eau, bonbons, fruits… Une délicate attention qui fait la différence. Je recommande sans hésiter !
