Pleasant stay

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Heraklion Centre. The room was modern, spacious and equipped with all necessities, as well as complementary wine, breakfast bits and slippers to use in the room. Staff was also nice and always spoke to me when I walked by.

As the property is central it does get quite noisy on a night due to loud music being played by cocktail bars close by. Unfortunately the room I was staying in was next to the cleaners storage room and as a result my sleep was disturbed every morning by them, but also by other staff members who were talking outside my room.

Great for one night to be in the center

Excellent location. Right in the center, within a few steps away from historic sites, restaurants and shops. The complimentary water and bottle of wine was also much appreciated. The customer service is lovely, but the building needs major improvement.

It smelled very mouldy which might have been just my studio (H3) but it was very bad. In the bathroom there was a strong sewage smell which could be normal in places with old pipes. The shower curtain doesn’t make sense as it’s shorter than the tray so water goes everywhere. The mattress was very uncomfortable with springs pushing into your body. The pillows were really great though! Also, if you have a heavy suitcase or mobility issues, be prepared to climb a few stairs as there’s no lift in the building

Great value and location.

Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable room with a fully stocked kitchen at and an outdoor seating area. The coffee, snacks, and bottle of wine were wonderful Welcome gifts! We were on the ground floor towards the back, and it was quiet, there were no issues with noise from the street.

The property was beautiful and my mind you could see the ocean from the balcony, it had a nice little refrigerator and sink. Would certainly stay there again.

Pleasant short summer stay

Perfect location Very helpful staff Easy check-in & check-out processes Extremely clean Bonus : There was a bug bottle of cola water in the fridge and a wee bottle of Raki waiting for us, when we got there.

A bit noisy at night, but that comes with the territory, when you book a place right in the centre of a bustling city. However ,if you shut the balcony doors, it's not that bad.

Great stay if you want to explore the city!

Very clean room. The location was great, the bars and restaurants were literally next to the property, even though you couldn’t hear any noise. If you’re not here for luxury and just want a room in the middle of the city with all basic necessities and everything close by, this is perfect.

For me the bed was a bit too hard and it was a bit squeaky. I didn’t mind that much, but I can imagine it being annoying for someone else.

The apartment is very close to the archeological museum and we enjoyed the neighborhood.

Conveniently located close to many good restaurants and shops and within walking distance to the ferry terminal. Directions to the apartment were detailed and easy to follow and entry was very easy. Our host Alexis was very helpful and we were able to check in early.

Finding street parking for your can be a challenge but there is paid parking close by.

Amazing stay for a budget.

Room was very functional. All the amenities were present and working. There was a stove, coffee maker, juice maker, kettle, washing machine, clothes hanger, press. We were also given complimentary Raki and Olive oil.

Instruction manual for the induction cooker could've been provided, as it was difficult to operate. Room was also not very spacious.

Good room, with a balcony, but bad shower/bathroom

Friendly staff, room and bed was good, with a nice little balcony.

Bathroom wasn't as great, the shower temperature was either really cold or really hot and the showrcurtain was compleatly broken and fell down multiple times. So it was impossible to not to wet the whole bathroom.

Great location and the room was perfect for a one night stay before our flight, but the facilities were relatively basic

The location was amazing, very close to the centre with lots of nearby bars and restaurants. The lobby was bright and clean and had a place to store our luggage when we went out for the day before our flight which was really helpful. The host was also incredibly easy to contact and very helpful with our questions.

Our room was quite small and dark, it wasn’t that clean with large clumps of hair on the floor. The shower head was hand-held meaning you couldn’t have a proper shower, and the bathroom door was not attached at the bottom.
