The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. You couldn't get better at the Ritz. And did someone say B-R-E-A-K-F-A-S-T?? It was amazing. So amazing it got the teenagers out of bed on time. If you have teenagers, you know what this means.
Also, there is discounted indoor parking directly adjacent to the hotel.
Winter time, so the roof wasn't open. Can't really complain about that, though.

The location is very central, just a short walk to the main town.
I booked a suite which was quite spacious but the outdoor terrace was very uninviting. It was a large area with old dusty furniture which needed to be replaced.
