The staff are very friendly.
However I did ask for decaf coffee for the room which they promised on check in. The next morning I rang so I could make myself a coffee and again they forgot to bring it. I had to ring again to ask but at least they did have decaf.
The view from our room on the top floor with a balcony was beautiful. The house keeping was great and the cleanliness was good. It was a beautiful old heritage building in a good location.

Nice historic hotel. Very quiet and convenient with nice staff.
The pool is not as nice as shown on photo for its very small. Room is spacious and service is excellent.

I chose this property for the convenience to the port and old town, has spacious rooms with a huge super king bed which was so comfortable, dark curtains which meant a good sleep. Had a balcony overlooking the port and marina to old fortress.
Bus stop is right out front for catching to Knossis Palace only €1.80
Great friendly reception staff, my recommendation for Heraklion
