Lato Annex Boutique Rooms

The location is second to none. Very walkable and safe. I dealt with three different staff in my very short stay thanks to a delayed flight. All staff had the patience of a Saint and would go over and beyond in anything if asked. Thanks for storing my luggage🧳. I LOVED the shower. The bed was a bit uncomfortable since I didn't get the double I had requested but rather two singles pushed together. The bedding was comfortable and A/C was splendid. Breakfast was sufficient and the things that were supposed to be hot actually were. More than enough choices even for this picky eater. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel location was good, rooms clean & had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast was excellent

Great staff. Easy walking distance to the waterfront, the bus to Knossos, and into the center. Nice view from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Decebt breakfast.

It seems to be a hotel that hosts business conferences and tour groups so be prepared for groups at breakfast.

Position Free parking Staff availability (they changed our room from Standard to a sea view one which was way better)

Hotel entrance was open and no reception or security was at the door. Anybody, any hour, could enter the building. Standard room was pretty dark (under ground level), terrace was dirty, noisy fridge. We were locked out of the room for 2 hours for a system error.
