Comfortable, spacious, stylish apartment in an incredible location. Especially loved the balcony overlooking the pedestrianised street in the heart of the old town. The windows and doors were double-glazed and I wasn't aware of any annoying noise from the street when they were closed. The apartment was a welcome retreat from the heat and busy ness below. Such a beautiful apartment and location!

I was on the top floor which was a bit tricky (and painful) considering I always overpack! Purely my fault, and my feelings about the stairs did not effect my rating, I just wanted to give a heads-up to other overpackers :)

Walking distance to anywhere in the town and paying parking facilities close by.

Being a couple with a grown up daughter, the open bathroom offers very little or no privacy.

Very central and good value for a short stay in Heraklion. We arrived quite late and were leaving early the following morning, so it was ideal as a convenient place to stay for one night. Everything was clean, modern and well maintained.

The smallest rooms really are very small, there was barely enough space to open a suitcase, so if we stayed again, we would definitely pay a little more for a larger room. The main downside, though, was the sound insulation. We could hear people in the communal areas as though they were almost inside our room, and in the morning we could hear toilets and plumbing from the surrounding rooms very clearly. The compact layout also means there isn’t much privacy when someone is using the bathroom. Fine for one night, but I would choose a larger room for a longer stay.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out.

Not a problem for us but there are stairs and no lift. The staff were great so you could probably ask for help or to be on a lower floor if that is difficult for you.
