They ask for money but don’t deliver. Poor cleanliness!

Very central - that’s it.

The hair of either the cleaning staff or previous guests in the bed and under the sheets was just one of many… bathroom was filthy and rotten. So sad to see so little interest in maintenance. We contacted the company but till now no feedback whatsoever. Very disappointing.

I really recommend this airbnb

It looks exactly like the photos, the room was beautiful, big bed, nice shower, TV worked perfectly fine, air conditioning too, I enjoyed this stay a lot and especially it's right in the center and the bus stop right next to it, I had no problem.

The only thing I didn't like was the view I had but it depends what room you get

Exceptional

Very nice small apartment/room. Modern, elegant, really clean and in a great position. I contacted also customer service and they were really fast to respond my questions. You have everything you might need (restaurants,shops, bus station) just in front of the building. It's also 10minutes walk away from Heraklion Archeological Museum and 7 minutes walking distance from the bus taking to Knossos palace. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Heraklion.

Awesome and clean apartment really cozy.

It was a great apartment at a great location at the heart of Heraklio. Everything was clean. The mattress was comfortable. In addition this was the first apartment that provided a baby cot with a proper mattress for the baby. The checkin was straight forward.

Nothing really but since there is no cleaning service the could have provide few trash bags for the days of the stay

It was very clean, communication with host amazing, no noise from the street when you close the windows, TOP LOCATION: all important bus stops nearby (beach, Knossos), center 7 min walking distance.

The location was great, close to the old town and to the bus to and from the airport. A very handy and organized studio with everything you need for a short stay in Heraklion and a helpful and efficient staff!

No hustle and bustle in the center of Heraklion

RTHP was a great - last minute - choice for us. In the center of Heraklion, very comfy beds, really clean, and with a code to enter-exit. No keys or hosts etc. Their replies on our questions-demands were really quick and accurate, which was most appriciated.

There is a little noise coming down from the street, but what do you really expect when living in the center of the city.

Value for money accomodation to the center of Herakleio. Perfect for a short stay. The electronic lockers were very convenient.

We asked to check in 2 hours earlier, in case that the room was empty and they requested fifteen euros to accept it.
