We've stayed in Raise the Heraklion apartments a number of times, sometimes for several weeks, and always had a very good experience.
They are comfortable one-bedroom apartments, some with a balcony, and with key facilities (fridge, crockery, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine). But they are not serviced, so don't expect a change of sheets or towels, or cleaning free of charge. The location is excellent, opposite Agios Minas, a few minutes' walk from the Morosini Fountain, with lots of restaurants nearby as well as easy bus stops to go to the beach, the airport, the University, the port, the central bus station.
Access to the apartments is via a key code (which also works for the entrance door when it is locked at night or at the weekend), which we found really convenient.
The noise from the (very busy) road may be an issue if your apartment faces that way.

The room was exactly as advertised. The location was amazing and the staff answered my questions quickly.
Though I would love it to have a small table with normal height between the two chairs instead of the tiny one that they had.
Overall it was a good stay.
The kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned. So I had to wash everything that we wanted to use. Also because of the 2 in 1 bathroom/kitchen wash basin. It was difficult to wash the utensils properly because of its size.
