Prime 3BR-2BA Apt in Heart of Heraklion-Fiber WIFI Steps to Lions Sq-Museum, Walk to Port #2

We were a group of six, and this apartment exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. There is also a café on the first floor that serves delicious coffee and amazing pastries. We have traveled to several areas throughout Europe, and this was truly one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again.

The washing machine door was a bit difficult to close and required extra force, although it functioned well once it was shut. We also ran out of hot water the first evening and again the next morning, so we contacted our host. He quickly explained that the water heater is solar-powered and that the master switch can be turned on if additional hot water is needed. It would have been helpful to know this information upon arrival, but once we did, it wasn’t an issue for the rest of our stay.

The location was great, and you can easily walk to some great restaurants. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The owner was responsive to my messages.

Aircon not working in 1 room, curtain struggling to open. Overall condition is a bit down (taps are hard to open, door handles are loose)
