Het appartement was in eerste oogopslag schoon. Het was heel ruim en er zijn meerdere balkons. Het is centraal gelegen met verl voorzieningen in de buurt. Centrum is op wandelafstand.
Er lag flink wat stof onder het bed en het bed stonk. Daarnaast hebben we meerdere dagen geen warm water gehad de monteur zou steeds 'de volgende dag' komen en kwam dan niet. Pas toen we aangaven dat dit onacceptabel is, helemaal met een kind van nog geen 2 jaar, kregen we sleutels van een ander appartement waar we konden douchen. De volgende dag is de boiler vervolgens ook gemaakt.
