Enea City Suites

Fantastic central Heraklion location, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shops, with a supermarket nearby. Despite its proximity to a well-traversed area, the apartment was remarkably quiet. The apartment was exactly as shown in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, secure, and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh (including good-quality towels), and the bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure and consistently hot water. Wi-Fi was stable, the A/C worked extremely well, and the kitchenette was clean and well equipped. The apartment had plenty of storage space. The property offers complimentary coffee, cake, cookies, and filtered water. Communication with the property was seamless, with clear and timely information throughout our stay. We have nothing negative to say. If we return to Heraklion, we would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family without hesitation.

Nothing, really!

Great location and clean

There were no additional blankets, sheets, or pillows. Consequently, I couldn’t use the sofa bed as a bed because there were no dedicated bedsheets, pillows, or blankets for the couch. I messaged the hosts, but did not get a response until the morning. Additionally, the bed size advertised on booking.com as queen was actually a full-size or double bed. Concierge was closed at 2pm when we arrived? So no one to talk to downstairs.
