Nice place in the city centre

The appartment is in a very nice place in the city centre. The place is nice and spacious for a group of 6, so we got two sets of keys which was really nice. The view was amazing too, you could see tue Venetion port ans the water. There are a couple gyms close by andany bus stops to a lot of destinations. Close to the airport (7/10 min car drive) We liked our stay!

The hot wster wasn’t always working when we fot there, it was fixed after a couple days though. The bathtub was not as clean as it should be so we didn’t use it. There were no locks on all the doors except the front.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

This suite is very comfortable, bright, and spacious. It's conveniently located between the city center and the cruise port, making it easy to go shopping downtown or catch a cruise. The host, Alex, is incredibly friendly and responsive—he was always quick to help with anything we needed.

Nice apartment in convenient location.

Excellent location - walking distance from ferry port and to local cafes. Good coffee provided along with coffeemaker. Comfortable beds.

The cancellation policy was very restrictive - non-refundable yet fairly expensive. Noisy cats in the alley interrupted sleep.

Bed was really uncomfortable Pillows are way too big and too hard. Would be good to propose different types of pillows including soft and thin ones. Strong smell of cigarettes in the flat.

Perfect in every way

Perfect in every way for our stay in Heraklion - clean, spacious, well equipped, very comfortable, air con in all rooms and within a few minutes walk of the sites in the city. Alex is a super host,quick to reply. We were 6 adults and a small dog only staying for one night, but it’s location allowed us to get a very good flavour of the old city with the Venetian harbour, lion fountain and archeological museum all just 5-10 mins walk away. Thank you Alex for making it an enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend any family group staying here.

Las puertas del baño no tienen cerradura, la repisa de entrada está que se cae, la sanduchera está muy vieja, el tendedero oxidado, creo que con un poquito de atención al detalle pueden lograr grandes mejoras.
