Location vey close to the intercity bus station and to a stop on the city bus (routes 2 and 20) to/from Knossos. Very clear access instructions delivered by WhatsApp on the day of arrival. Clean bedding and comfortable mattresses. Sofa also suitable for sleeping and very comfortable besides. Everything very thoughtfully organised, including QR codes to connect to WiFi and for local recommendations. Very pleasant and conscientious staff. Excellent value for money!

We were looking for a place that would be convenient both for reaching the airport, as we had an early flight the following morning, and for enjoying an evening out in the city center. This place was perfect for our needs. We booked a double room for the parents and a room for four for our children. A few days before our arrival, they contacted us to collect our details and make the check-in process quicker and easier. They first sent us a message through Booking.com and then contacted us via WhatsApp. Although we had already received clear instructions about how to access the rooms and where to park, a lovely staff member was there to welcome us when we arrived. She explained how to access the rooms and provided us with all the information we needed for check-out. The rooms were clean, spacious, air-conditioned, and very comfortable.

We didn’t find anything that we didn’t like.
