Le panier de courtoisie pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée dans l’établissement. Un établissement très sécurisé et facile d’accès même s’il est bien caché et retranché dans de petites rue on peut facilement le trouver car il est à l’effigie du site « Uni Island ».
La propreté de certaine partie de l’appartement notamment la douche avec les joints pas forcément propre, les contours intérieur et extérieur pas très propre non plus. Le meuble au dessus de la hotte également ainsi que les tiroirs un peu dommage.

Το διαμέρισμα και όλο το κτίριο είναι πολύ όμορφα, ωραία αισθητική, ωραίοι χώροι, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση. Ηλεκτρικές συσκευές από τοστιέρα μέχρι πλυντήριο ρούχων, ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Το κρεβάτι άνετο και το υπνοδωμάτιο με δυνατότητα πλήρους συσκότισης (πολύ σημαντικό). Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, στην καρδιά του κέντρου αλλά παράλληλα ήσυχο. Το βράδυ είχε απόλυτη ησυχία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος, κατατοπιστικός και πολύ βοηθητικός. Για τους ξένους και όσους δεν γνωρίζουν την πόλη υπάρχει και βιβλίο με προτάσεις και QR codes για ευκολίες (ταξί, κτλ) και προτάσεις με τί να κάνουν στο Ηράκλειο, πού να φάνε κτλ.
Το πάρκινγκ είναι κάπως δύσκολο αλλά είναι θέμα κέντρου, όπως συμβαίνει σχεδόν παντού, παρόλα αυτά το κατάλυμα προτείνει κι ένα ιδιωτικό (αν δεν κάνω λάθος) πάρκινγκ εκεί κοντά για τη διευκόλυνση των επισκεπτών.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la simpatía y la atención del propietario. El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia, además el anfitrión nos regaló una cesta de bienvenida, cosa que se agradece.
