Loved how local it was to all the bars and beech overall it’s a beautiful apartment ideal for a small family or group of friends it’s perfect

That people seemed to think the rules didn’t apply to them partying until 7am in the morning music blaring this was the other apartment next to us.

Location is very close to PLAB academy and Supermarkets are also very close.

Wash rooms are too small.

Could not empty sink in kitchen ?

The location was superb. Just a two minute walk to the promenade and about 10 minutes to the central pier. It's perfectly placed for family activities which meant we didn't have to drive anywhere. Everywhere was in walking distance. Just be aware that the area it is in doesn't look great. We experienced a few issues but despite this, the team were very responsive when I contacted them and we had a nice trip. Although the apartment was a disappointment because of the issues we experienced, I cannot fault the management for reacting as quickly as they did to what they were able to sort for us.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment which was there the whole time we were there. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from but it seemed to be worse in the bathroom than anywhere else. . The back of the sofa had been broken and just covered with a blanket to try and hide it, and the king size bed was massively uncomfortable. At first, we thought it might be two singles pushed together but when we checked, it was indeed a king size mattress. Unfortunately, the springs were completely wrecked on one side which meant it felt like I was lying on hardboard and 3 or 4 inches below my partner. The master bedroom had no mirror and no drawers or dresser for clothing storage. There was a wardrobe rail but other than that, we had nowhere to put clothes or items like deodorant and makeup. In the bedroom with the bunk bed, the kids said the beds were super comfy which was great, and the sofa bed was apparently very comfortable too. Unfortunately though, in the bunk bed room there wasn't even a wardrobe rail so the kids spent the week living out of their cases as other the beds, there was nothing else in there for storage. The kitchen was a reasonable size for a family our size and was nice and clean on arrival. Unfortunately though, there was only two glasses in the cupboard so we had to contact the apt managers to get some more glasses brought round. They were very quick to resolve the situation though which was great. We also had an issue with the freezer. There is a family size fridge/freezer in the kitchen which was fantastic, but the freezer is in desperate need of defrosting. The drawers were almost impossible to pull open. The bathroom is absolutely tiny. Very little space for anything and no hand towel provided so we ended up having to use a spare tea towel for drying hands. The toilet wasn't very clean and there was no toilet brush provided. Even with just one person staying, a toilet brush should be a necessity.
