Suitable place for short stopover

Very spacious, lot of room.

It is poorly equipped, the kitchen basically has nothing to make a breakfast. 2nd floor would be no problem normally, but with two babies and grandmother is a challenge.

Really nice place to stay!!

The property was recently completely renovated and had a very nice, upscale feel, blended with a high ceiling, large windows and great lighting. Beautiful marble tile bathroom, lovely apartment & nicely furnished. Very clean. We shared common space kitchen & bath with family in other room- but no issues to share the space with a stranger. Accommodating host. well located in area close to some good restaurants- the drive into the center hub of Udine less than 10 minutes by car.

They offered a nice breakfast which 2 of us took; nice enough, but wished we could make our own coffee or tea - none supplied. please fix drawer bottoms in dresser for longer stays.

La cucina manca di tutto quello che è necessario a chi arriva e resta per pochi giorni: non c’è una tovaglia né strofinacci per asciugare le stoviglie, c’è solo un piatto fondo , no olio no zucchero o caffè, insomma…

Die Wohnung war schön und gut eingerichtet für 1 Nacht alles da. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett.

Der Weg zur Stadt war nicht zu lange aber hätte bisschen kürzer sein können.

Všechno, co jsme potřebovali, tam bylo, parkování před domem,kousek do centra.

Chybí více nádobí ( pouze 2 hrnečky pro 4 osoby), nepohodlný vrzající gauč, ale na 1 noc se to dá zvládnout.

Da NON rifare, a saperlo portavo le cuffie insonorizzanti per dormire.

La posizione era ottima con parcheggio auto gratuito vicino Pulizia ottima.

Accoglienza pessima, dopo un lungo viaggio volevamo stenderci e rilassarci ma abbiamo trovato la casa completamente ghiacciata, senza neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo; altra cosa veramente indignante il rumore della caldaia, si trova in casa e per dormire abbiamo dovuto staccare i riscaldamenti, quindi dormire al freddo, qualcosa di indescrivibile. Per l’importo pagato mi aspettavo decisamente un servizio migliore, sconsiglio fortemente la casa al piano terra per il rumore della caldaia.

Einfaches Einchecken, nette Gastgeberin, großzügige Räume, Fahrräder können sicher im Garten abgestellt werden und nahe zum Bahnhof.

Küchenausstattung ist nicht ausreichend, Heizung ließ sich nicht nach unten regulieren, Beleuchtung krass hell und Bett etwas ‚spillrig‘.
