Great rooms with all u need from a house.

Nice looking with lots of facilities and good kitchen with washing machine and dryer.

It would be good to label with some easy understanding map to locate the unit, and better lighting for the living room, it is very dim.

Location perfect but improvements could be made.

The location was perfect for our family and the two double beds were very comfortable.

The single bed was not comfortable, springs in mattress could be heard when moving in bed. Blinds were broken on the patio door so couldn’t be fully drawn. Dirty dish cloth in the sink. Stains on the bath towel. Large stain on the lounge carpet in the corner. Fire extinguisher was completely off of the wall.

Large lounge and 3 good sized bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with plenty crockery and utensils provided. Good parking

Two toilet/shower rooms are great. No agony of queuing up for the toilet and shower. Location is good. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Close to airport, main road and two train stations of two train lines. Features like a home. (To be fair and honest, we did not cook or do laundry, hence we couldn't tell if that part of the facilities was also good)

It would be nice if milk could be provided for the coffee/tea.

Great place to discover Edinburgh

It is a modern house in a very nice area. The location is perfect to discover Edinburgh. The tram station is a 10 minutes walk away and you are in the middle of the city with a short ride.

Lovely large home fully equiped with all you need.

A wonderful full sized house with a bath! Large lounge room. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of bench space. Has a washing machine and a drying rack and even a small back yard. Very good accommodation for 5 people. Plenty of space. Easy to get to the train station to get into the main city, about a 10 minute walk then about an 8 minute trip on the train.

Just a bit of a walk to the nearest large grocery shop, about 20mins. In a car it would be very quick.

Headboard not attached on one bed Bare bases on beds Pillows were cheap, mis-shaped and one each No lamp in one room Shower head broken & had tried to be fixed Light blinds that let all the light in No welcome pack ( first time ever) Lounge light was very stark No washing up bowl No accessible mirrors to dry hair No garden chairs Lounge blinds all broken so you couldn’t have privacy from neighbours Not great communication from owner

A good place to stay

It was really clean and big enough for our group. The staff was really helpful. Although the house it is not in the city center, the neighborhood is safe and the public transport really useful.

We could not find the bin bags.

Truly unforgettable stay – exceeded expectation and will be back again!

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless. The house was clean, and the beds were prepared just as expected. The staff was quick to respond and promptly resolved our query. The location was perfect, close to the airport, with convenient access to bus and train services. The Gyle Shopping Centre was nearby, and we enjoyed walking there for shopping and lunch. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, with a charming pub just a 1-2 minute walk away, which was a great bonus. We noticed that a previous review had mentioned an issue with one of the beds, but we experienced no such problem, so if there was one, it appears to have been resolved. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice little neighborhood, bus stop half a block away and train stop maybe 5min walk away. Very responsive host. Decent fridge space. Comfortable home. NICE showers. Full length mirrors are a nice, and item overlooked, feature. The TV was already setup for Netflix, Disney, etc. We'd book again.

The walls are t-h-i-n. Plan on playing some white noise. The locks are funky. We could lock/unlock them but aren't sure how to unlock them -from the inside- without a key even watching the video.

Well equipped, comfortable and modern house in quiet location . All amenities within easy walking distance. Good parking at the back of the property. Contacted owner on a couple of occasions and found him to be very helpful and accommodating.

Only minor problem was the ground floor shower was not working which meant 4 adults had to use the upstairs shower located over the bath. Not a major problem for us as we had enough time to get organised.

Superb

The owner was exceptional as we had a couple of minor issues in the beginning which were fixed quickly and with no issues. Area is very quiet and everything you need is close by.

Unfortunately I dont think the cleaning company are great. Everything in sight is cleaned but pick up the chopping board or move items and there is crumbs and dirt from previous guests. A few tweaks and this could be an excellent property.

Value for money

As it is a self catering we made our own breakfast. The property is a bit out of the way as the closes shops are a 10 minute walk and the cavery close by does not stick to their closing times. Our host was very helpfull and friendly.

We had a bit of an issue with the washing machine/ dryer the dryer did not work properly.

A perfect gem of a place to stay

The house was superb. A gem of a place to stay that is a short taxi ride from the airport and not too far away from the Edinburgh ring road. The house was immaculate. All white goods in the kitchen. ideal for those staying several days. we only stayed one night but it was perfect for us. I would recommend this property to anyone. Ideal for 1 to 5 people. The owner was very quick in replying to any messages and gave very detailed instructions on access to the property sand information of the local area such as local shops.
