Clean and well located apartment. Just a pity about the extra booking hassle and deposit required

Locaion was good and easy parking

booking was ok but then discovered we had to register with another company called reserve apartments and send them a £200 deposit. That was a pain and we almost cancelled because of it.

buyer beware.....

not much at all

Dirty.....kitchen was really dirty, greasy walls and counters, the kitchen appeared ok until you looked at it, which after the towel debacle made me look closer, bathroom was a bit better, but, the sink was cracked and the shower had mold, when I opened a towel for a shower, a huge knot of dark brown hair was in the folded towel, trying to get this dealt with was a nightmare, this is where the biggest issues with Roisin happened. The heated underfloor heating was a joke, yes there was a control panel, but there were no instructions on how to actually use / program the heated floor, so needless to say we froze, as the heaters in the bedrooms I felt were quite dangerous to leave on at night, the heater in the spare room especially got extremely hot to the touch and smelled, the curtains touched the heating unit, which was in my opinion an fire hazard as the heater was so hot. It would have been nice if we had been warned the residence was in a block that was right next to a casino, which was very noisy late night. We picked this because it was close to my niece, who we were visiting. The only good thing I can say is, for us, the location was the only thing that was ok, it was very difficult to access the parking lot and as we were in a very busy spot exiting the residence was not easy.

Nice comfy flat near Edinburgh by tramp

Beds were super comfortable. Flat was good size being the living room very cozy. Very easy to get to airport and Edinburgh by tramp. It was a proper flat, not a small one.

Did receive many more messages than i had ever receive for any other accomodation on both booking app and email, making it a bit overwhelming. Despite all the messages exchanged, did not receive any solution to an earlier arrival to the location or to the possibility to keep luggage a bit longer on the checkout. Had to pay deposit fee for any possible damages which is the first time in booking having to do so; not too bother about the fee, more bothered about the fact that the conditions made clear that the booking would get cancelled if this fee wasn't paid a week before the arrival, and i was lucky to spot the message between all the rest. Despite all the messages, still had to communicate on the day and moment of arrival with a contact from the flat, who was quite nice i have to admit, but did not get the code to get the keys until i was in front of it, and i m glad she was responsive on whats app exactly on that moment, if not, we would have had to stay outside waiting for an answer. Flat had tea, coffee and that's it. Soap was far from enough for 4 people for 3 days, with the money that is asked for, i am sure it could have been bought a 2£ big soap bottle from poundland. Location is not great for the money that it did cost to stay here.

Edinburgh trip

Nice apartment, very clean and everything you need for a break. Close to train station, 10 minutes to Waverly Station.

A bit noisy with road close by. Quieter on Saturday morning so if you are a light sleeper may not suit. We stayed for 3 nights so extra towels would have been nice.

We where given wrong pincode , late instructions as to the properties apt no, proper pincode, took is one jour to get inte apt. no owen gloves, wineglasses, scissors, couldn’t lock the door using the mortice lock from the outside.

Great location and Good Value

Really great location for exploring the city & surrounding areas. Good to have on site parking and it's close to tram, rail & shops all within walking distance. Very clean apartment with adequate facilities. Nice touch with tea, coffee & milk provided.

Not a big problem, but the road is very busy and too loud with windows open.

It was comfortable everything you needed was there.

fridge was not clean and smelled of rotten fish. I put in a slice of lemon which took away the smell.

La limpieza era muy deficiente: el baño tenía restos de uso y la cocina presentaba utensilios sucios y restos de comida. El nivel de exigencia no se corresponde con la calidad del apartamento, y además tardan en confirmar la devolución de la fianza.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Bien disposé par rapport aux accès routiers, le centre-ville et l’aéroport.

Le chauffe eau de la salle de bain. Quelques réparations s’imposent: le flexible de la douche, le tiroir du meuble dans la chambre des lits doubles et une balayette WC à changer.
