About this apartment rental

Smart, bright two bedroom apartment located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also within walking distance of Murrayfield Stadium, Inverleith Park, Stockbridge and The Botanical Gardens.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin), spacious sitting room , dining hall, kitchen and modern shower room.
Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Smart TV and WiFi.
The apartment is well located for shops, with a retail park a few minutes walk away with cafes, supermarkets and a varirty of other shops. There is regular bus route with a fifteen minute journey to all city centre amenities. Limited parking available in the grounds of the apartment and free parking in surrounding area. Although the arrival time is flexible arrivals later than 18.30 should be requested at the initial contact.

Magdalene was greeted us when we arrived, showed us the flat, and told us all we needed to know to get around. Easy access to the city center via busses. The flat was spotless and comfortable with all we needed for cooking.

What a lovely apartment this was! I was there with my husband and adult son for the Oasis concert at Murrayfield and also to see the city. This apartment was perfect for us - the location was great, a nice walk along the tree-lined cycle path to Murrayfield, and just a short bus ride to the city. It was very clean and very comfortable after walking all day. Magdalene is the perfect host and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back again some day!

We had an amazing stay and time in Edinburgh! This flat was perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, the flat was clean, and well appointed. Magdalena was great to communicate with. The flat is close to bus stops so it was easy to get to anywhere in the city quickly. Nearby were stores to pick up groceries and other supplies. Thanks for a great visit.

A clean and well stocked flat. We were an easy and inexpensive Uber from all major sites. And a quick five minute walk from a small outdoor mall with grocery store, electronics, drug store etc. Definitely recommend.

Magdalene was very accomodating to a late check in due to our late flight arrival. She was easy to reach with questions. I confused our dates of stay but Magdalene worked with us to rectify the problem. The property was clean, quiet and in a good location with an easy walk to downtown and easy access to the bus route. The only downfall was the central heating (it was very warm), and no clear way to adjust. Otherwise a very good stay and would recommend to others. The

There is some traffic noise.if you need the bus it’s number 43 from princes street.and you go to Craigleith Rd. You can see the flats on the right from the bus stop.

We found the flat was spacious and very well located. We loved being out of town a ways, with the area being nice and quiet yet a nice close walk to cafes and shops. Having never been to Edinburgh before, we weren’t sure what area to stay in. We made the best decision choosing this apartment. Very well appointed space to come back to after a long day of exploring. The beds are comfortable, the shower is amazing. An absolutely lovely space that feels like home. The apartment was clean and well furnished, with a lovely view of Edinburgh centre. There are a number of public buses running directly past the apartment, which was very convenient and gave direct access to the city centre. The only downside was that the apartment was situated close to a busy main road and there was a lot of traffic noise.

A lovely flat - clean and well proportioned with all the amenities we needed. Well serviced by a frequent bus route which made it easy to get in and out of the city centre. Also within 5 minutes walk of Lidl and Sainsbury's which was handy. Great communication and good location - a trip enjoyed by all including hard-to,-please teenagers (which is saying something!!)

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our short stay. Close to a food market, bus line and the hiking paths. We loved it. It was a lovely hour walk in to the city along Queensferry Road. Bus schedule was a bit of a mystery but it all worked great. Magdalaine is easy to communicate with.

We as four adults stayed very comfortably in this apartment. It was clean, modern and provided all the amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We were also pleased that there were recycling facilities too. The location is excellent only being a 5 minute walk away from a retail park with choice of supermarkets. We used Uber Taxi's to take us in and out of the city which was a short ride and relatively cheap as a group of four people. Magdalene has been a fantastic host, with clear communication and accomodating our requests. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would stay here again. Thank you Magdalene!
