About this apartment rental
Smart, bright two bedroom apartment located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also within walking distance of Murrayfield Stadium, Inverleith Park, Stockbridge and The Botanical Gardens.
With a C Energy Rating the accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin), spacious sitting room , dining area, kitchen and modern shower room.
Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Smart TV and WiFi.
The apartment is well located for shops, with a retail park a few minutes walk away with cafes, supermarkets and a variety of other shops. There is regular bus route with a fifteen minute journey to all city centre amenities. Limited parking available in the grounds of the apartment and free parking in surrounding area. Although the arrival time is flexible arrivals later than 18.30 should be requested at the initial contact.

This place was everything we hoped it would be for our stay in Edinburgh and more. The host was communicative at every stage, but more than that: helpful and understanding, especially for vacationers from the U.S. like us. The property itself was well kept, with all the necessary amenities. We rented a car, and parking on the street was close and simple. But we mostly found ourselves walking everywhere within the neighborhood, whether to the Sainsbury's or to the pub at the top of the hill—and the rest of the time taking the very convenient bus to Old Town. When we did drive, the location was convenient for getting out of Edinburgh in all directions. For a family of four, the apartment space was perfect. Comfortable bedrooms with a feel of home. Watching the sky light up from a storm from the large living room window is something we won't forget. We wanted for nothing except a few more days to spent here. We cannot wait for an opportunity to return.

This was definitely one of the best properties we have stayed in. Beautifully appointed and spotless. Good access to buses and shopping for groceries. Lovely stay!

Perfect location for our trip. clean and very comfortable flat, 1 minute to the bus station into the city, 5 min. walk to a shopping center. perfect check in and out.Thanks Magdalene, we will recommend your apartment with pleasure.
