About this apartment rental
Smart, bright two bedroom apartment located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also within walking distance of Murrayfield Stadium, Inverleith Park, Stockbridge and The Botanical Gardens.
With a C Energy Rating the accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin), spacious sitting room , dining area, kitchen and modern shower room.
Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Smart TV and WiFi.
The apartment is well located for shops, with a retail park a few minutes walk away with cafes, supermarkets and a variety of other shops. There is regular bus route with a fifteen minute journey to all city centre amenities. Limited parking available in the grounds of the apartment and free parking in surrounding area. Although the arrival time is flexible arrivals later than 18.30 should be requested at the initial contact.

Magdalene was a fabulous host! We highly recommend! Apartment was adorable and a perfect place to stay away from the city but close enough to either walk, bus, or Uber. Thank you so much Magdalene!

The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed; plenty of shops within a short walking distance and close to bus stops. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely flat, spotlessly clean, nice and warm on cold days, well equipped, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful host. Will definitely stay here again.
