Nice place to stay

Nice apartment with free parking and also washing machine. Nice house. We do enjoy staying here. About the problem that upstairs neighbors always run and make noise. It's not always happen. During our stay it's happened only during morning. Other that that no issue. Nice and big house not far from city.

Great apartment in a lovely location, beats staying in a hotel any day of the week.

Lovely open plan with all appliances you could need, bedrooms were a great size and the beds very comfy … didn’t want to get out of it. Excellent value and having parking is a fantastic bonus.

Great flat for couples.

Great communication with host from booking to when we arrived. Lovely flat perfect for couples as there are 2 bathrooms. The flat was also well equipped with everything we needed.

Only way of getting to and from the centre is by Uber as it not on the tram line. Not the property's fault but just worth noting.

Cosy, easy accessible and compact family of size 4-5..! Available with all reasonable requirements at the best price.

No bath liquids, had wash, shower liquids available, carry your own. That wasn’t our concern actually. Please make the lock box location in the photos for easy identification.

Disastrous (Scam!!)

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at flat 1, 66 Ferry Gait Drive, Edinburgh, EH4 4Gj, United Kingdom booked through for 6-8 June 2025. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues with the property. Upon arrival, I noticed that the main entrance door to the building was broken and unlocked, allowing anyone to enter and exit without any security measures. Additionally, the door frame had visible cracks, indicating a possible forced entry attempt. These factors made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. The flat itself was uncomfortably warm, with limited options to open the windows due to its ground-level location next to the road. Despite turning off all the heaters, the temperature remained uncomfortably high. Moreover, the provided coffee machine was not functioning, which further diminished the quality of my stay. The alarm system kept going off after every shower, causing unnecessary stress and discomfort. I tried to address these issues by contacting the property management during my stay, but I did not receive any satisfactory solutions. Given the severe safety concerns, discomfort, and overall poor condition of the property, I was left with no choice but to stay for one night as it was a last-minute booking. However, I could not stay any longer and had to find alternative accommodations for the remainder of my trip. I reached out to booking.com and had no luck. Very disappointed with the service. I won't be booking with them again. Property management company is called Allison House, please be cautious with them.

Great experience. Having two bathrooms for two couples was great!

The apartment was just like the pictures. Nicely decorated. Good pressure in showers. Buses close by but we used uber to get back and forth from the sites at the city center and was easy to do.

Wohnung schön 🤩 aber leider obiger Nachbar unerträglich

Das check-in verlief reibungslos und die Wohnung war sauber. Die Wohnung war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sah so wie aus den Bildern aus.

Der Dauerlärm ( von 09.30 Uhr bis nach 24.00 Uhr) aus der obigen Wohnung und das während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts (5 Tage) war unerträglich 😩 die Kinder rannten und stampften, die Decke vibrierte richtig.

Edimburgo merece la pena

El apartamento está bien y no le falta de nada. La limpieza tambien era buena y el calor de la calefacción era un alivio despues de estar todo el dia por Edimburgo.

Hay dos cosas que no estan bien. Una de ellas es la ubicación, se tardan entorno a 30 minutos en llegar al centro, por lo que no entiendo ese supuesto notable casi sobresaliente en la valoración de la ubicación, y por otro lado, la alarma de incendios salta cuando le da la gana y forma un escandalo de la leche. En nuestro caso salto tres veces en un mismo dia y sin motivo aparente.

Ordentliche Unterkunft mit ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Mit dem Uber ist man für 10 - 12 BPf in der Innenstadt.

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es war wenig Kochgeschirr vorhanden, z.B. großer Nudeltopf. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig.

Comodo ma fuori dal centro

Appartamento comodo per quattro persone, dista circa 20 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto. Soggiorno, due camere da letto (una molto ampia) e due bagni. Quartiere molto tranquillo.

Il rilevatore di fumo è molto sensibile, è scattato diverse volte usando l'asciugacapelli. Da mettere in conto un tragitto in taxi di 15 minuti (circa 20 sterline) per raggiungere il centro.

Piso cómodo y moderno con todas las facilidades

Piso accesible con autobús, habitaciones cómodas, piso con todo lo necesario para vivir, habitación suite enorme con lavabo. Tele enorme, camas muy cómodas, Facilidad horaria check in.

Logement lumineux, propre, lits confortables, bien équipé, transport en commun à proximité , 2 salle de bain parfaite, chambre parentale spacieuse

Manque d'insonorisation entre logements mais les enfants du dessus se couchent tôt... Pas plus gênant que ça... manque peut-être d'un rangement dans salle de bain parentale. Pas grave .

Appartamento molto bello, pulito, spazioso e funzionale. Letti molto comodi. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà.

Essendo al piano terra si sente molto "camminare" o "correre" al piano di sopra. Posizione molto periferica, ma c'è la fermata del bus a 100 mt.

Heel ruim appartement, nette schone meubels en bedden. Busstop naar centrum op 5 min afstand. Handige zelf check in.

Er hing een rook lucht (sigaretten). 1 wc trok niet goed door. Beetje in een afgelegen buurt (buitenwijk).
