Excellent place!
The host, George, was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. We had a great time during the 4-night stay in the apartment — it was cosy and had everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back.

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung
Von der Kontaktaufnahme, über Betreeung vor Ort bis hin zur Verabschiedung: die Gastgeber waren super herzlich. Die kleine Wohnung ist super gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist total neu.

Es war okay aber ein Keller ist nicht unbedingt meine Traumunterkunft.
Gastgeber sehr nett. Bei Ankunft waren zwei Fläschchen Wasser und paar Pralinen auf dem Tisch. Im Bad gab es einen Kosmetikspiegel. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Lage sehr zentral. Parkmöglichkeit an der Straße vor dem Haus. Es war alles sehr sauber.
Man wohnt quasi im Heizkeller. Die Heizung befindet sich hinter einem Vorhang in der Küche. Das Bad ist sehr winzig, wenn man größer 1,85 m ist kann man in dem Bad nicht gerade stehen da die Deckenhöhe sehr niedrig ist. Bei Ankunft roch es etwas muffig im Schlaf-, Wohnbereich (vielleicht von dem Luftentfeuchter der eingeschaltet war, vielleicht Filter wechseln??) Das Bett ist etwas schmal für zwei Personen. Wer auf der rechten Seite schläft kann nur vom Fußende ins Bett krabbeln, auf dieser Seite befindet sich kein Nachttisch und keine Steckdose. Auf der anderen Bettseite sind zwar zwei Steckdosen, darin befinden sich allerdings die Nachttischlampen Stecker. Am Sofa auch keine Steckdose. Nur zwei Steckdosen am Tisch. Der Fernseher steht zu tief um vom Bett aus bequem zu schauen. Die drei Kellerfenster im Wohn-, Schlafbereich haben nur Sichtschutzplissee. Dadurch ist es nachts von der Straßenbeleuchtung hell und morgens vom Tageslicht. Es gibt keine Rollladen oder Vorhänge zum Abdunkeln.

Netter Gastgeber, moderne Ausstattung/Einrichtungen, tolle Lage mit Ausblick.
Sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist zeitgemäß/modern ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Beide Betten waren bequem (und nicht durchgelegen). Das kleine Bad ist neu und ebenfalls zeitgemäß. Toller Blick auf die Berge. Das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und in einem guten Zustand, allerdings sehr klein mit wenig Arbeitsfläche zum Zubereiten der Mahlzeiten.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung und sehr nette Gastgeber. Unterkunft noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums von Garmisch
