Lovely modern place in great area!

The decor is lovely, and the area is really nice - quiet and residental but still with bakeries and restaurants nearby, and close to town. The staff were so lovely as well, so welcoming and helpful!

Only issue is the lack of doors in the flat - there is no door to the bedroom, and basically just a shower door into the bathroom which has all glass walls on the interior, so you have to close the curtains every time you go to the bathroom!

nice option for families but could be a lot more budget oriented

easy procedures and communication, spacious and comfortable main bedrooms

lack of elevator, had to curry the luggages sometimes lack of parking space outside the building, yes there were side roads nearby but wouldn’t prefer this. No a/c in the second bedroom. extra bed not comfortable. Appt not present in pics at the moment. No views, from our appt though.

Brilliant stay, great location, lovely host.

Agelikki was a brilliant host. She was responsive to messages and really helped with guiding us during our trip.

Having a grocery add on for the trip would have been a nice to have.

Friendly and helpful / available host. They are downstairs and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Close to the beach, but roads narrow and crowded. However, parking in the back available, but difficult to maneuver if you have a family van / mini-bus.

Amazing stay in Crete

We had the loft at the upper floor.Amazing stay with a splendid view over Chania up to the sea. The apartment is fully equipped and very cozy and relaxing. We definitely recommend it for a wonderfull stay in Chania

Perfect stay

For us (family with 2 children with rental car) the location was great, a bit outside of the center. The apartment was spacious, very clean, everything we needed was there. Free parking spots available at the building, easy acces to the building.... We can only highly recommend these apartments!

Reasonably sized apartment. Quite surrounding. Check in on time. Had all equipment we needed.

Apartment looked in the pictures much nicer than the reality . Obviously, the apartment needs some renovation for the price asked. We didn’t really have a host to talk to, we checked in with the janitor. Honestly We didn‘t like our stay that much.

Great accomodation which enriched our vacation in crete even more.

Very friendly and helpful host. Everytime we needed something or were looking for advice they had an immediate response for us. The accomodation was beautiful and very clean. On the terrace you could sunbathe wonderfully and cool off with a fresh shower.

Only the comfortability inside left a little to be desired. For example a real couch would have been appreciated. However since you don‘t go to crete to stay in house, it‘s not that important.

Exceptional

This apartement exceeded all of our expectations. Location near the center (15 min walk), comfort, facilities, cleanliness, information, very fast and stable internet and the best care from the two nice ladies Angeliki and Argyro which are making this place so perfect. If you have difficulty climbing steps, do not choose the Penthouse apartment but book a ground floor unit or the cottage as there is no lift. All apartments are excellent. Whenever I will return to Chania - the Urnan Living would be my first choice.

Best stay in Chania

Amazing apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. The balcony is so big you can take a jog in the morning. Public rooftop alse very inviting but we prefered our own balcony. Communication with host was seemless and super friendly.

If you want to be more in the center keep in mind it's 30 min by foot from there. We enjoyed the walk :)

Perfect

For a longer stay like ours we haven’t missed anything. The apartment (house) was as shown on the pictures, nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds very comfortable. Parking was easy, two little mini markets just over the road, also a bakery and not to forget the nice restaurant we went to a couple of times. Walking to the center of Chania and the Old Harbour takes about 25-30 minutes. Communication was always prompt, very friendly and helpful, checking in very easy. we had a very good time.

The barking dogs we are not used to…

The house and hospitality were exceptional. They provided us beach towels same time we asked and beach umbrella. The roof top has a great view! The house was brand new with all the facilities a tourist needs and very big, also very clean.

Chania urban living

We were made welcome immediately and the apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need to make yourself at home. The taverna across the road was fabulous and all the staff were welcoming and the food excellent.

The only small issue was a dog barking and howling all night which kept me awake, although my children slept through.
